TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
1) Goods sold are NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE without any valid reason. We do not accept subjective reasons for return/exchange such as not good looking, not up to expectation, changing mind, choose the wrong perfumes, etc.
2) Goods returned must be in it original condition as shipped to you. DO NOT USE if u wish to return or exchange the perfume.
3) Buyer should report defective of goods within 1 day after received. Warranty ONLY VALID WITHIN 7 DAYS after seller delivery date. In the exchange process, shipping fees are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for all the shipping cost. Damaged item during shipping will not be refunded. ONCE BROKEN, CONSIDERED SOLD.
4) All bookings or on hold items will be asked for a minimum DEPOSIT 50% from original selling price for the ready stock item. This booking VALID ONLY 2 WEEKS from payment done. We have the right to let go the item if no settlement payment done.Booking fee is non-refundable & 1st come 1st serve is apply.
5) Online and internet shopping makes things easier. Usually, items will be shipped within 2 days. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for the item to reach you.
6) We accept payment in cash RM (MALAYSIA RINGGIT) only. Payment can be made via MAYBANK or CIMB.
7) Please understand that all selling are ORIGINAL-REJECTED items. Even though the perfumes are original, DO NOT expects the condition to be 100% excellent and flawless as counter perfumes.
8) Disclaimer: As all necessary precaution is taken in delivering all perfumes, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss items during delivery.
